I founded Will to Change Consulting after over twenty years of working in the field of HR and Organisation Development in seven different branches.

My business activity is based on practical experience attributable to managing big, strategic changes, building a strong organisational culture and implementing strategic management of human resources.

My mission is to help entrepreneurs and boards of directors to fully profit from the added value that can be brought in by HR, and to help HR practitioners to get along with business more effectively.

I believe that thanks to our work we will be able to improve the quality and effectiveness of management as well as have a positive influence on the business culture in Poland, with benefits to all stakeholders.
